Grants for Good People
Camp Chaos 37206's primary function is as a resource that provides information as well as financial support for Good People stepping up to help the animals in need in our community. Grants for Good People are for individuals. We are unable to approve Grants for shelters, rescue groups, or non-profit organizations.
When a savior steps up to save an animal, whether it's a dog, cat, or bunny, some may even be farm animals, there will be vetting needed before rehoming. Unless it is an emergency and a life is in danger, consider requesting help prior to going to a vet. We are unable to approve grants requesting 100% reimbursement for vet care. Reimbursement for vet care typically is 10% of the total vet bill. There are low-cost spay & neuter organizations such as Fix for Life, Sumner Spay & Neuter Alliance, and Nashville Humane Association that we do cover their cost for spay, neuter, rabies vaccination, & heartworm testing. We make no claims as to the services and safety that is provided by these organizations or any veterinarian.
DO NOT WAIT ON OUR REPLY IF YOU FEEL THE ANIMAL'S LIFE IS IN JEOPARDY. While there is no guarantee your application will be approved for any amount, do not wait to SEE A VET if you are willing and able to get the animal to one.
How to Apply
1) Email CampChaos37206@gmail.com providing a brief description of your need & request an application.
2) Please do not give your email a subject such as hello or help being that they typically end up in the spam folder.
3) Complete the application, do a 'save as' and give your application a name, and email it back to CampChaos37206@gmail.com.
*If someone you know needs our assistance but has no access to email, please contact us on his/her behalf.
Things NOT Covered by Grants
Dewormers and vaccinations, such as but not limited to distemper, parvo, parainfluenza, bordetella, will not be reimbursed by Grants for Good People. We have the ability to provide non-prescription vaccinations as well as dewormer.
We do our best to loan out kennels to people in need.
